Dwarf Rabbits
This book helps you get started with your rabbit.

A story of Courage and DevotionMr. Childs knew and was completely trusted by all the Post-Stalin leadership. One story shows how much he was trusted. On one trip to the Soviet Union, he was injured and had to have a finger amputated. He refused anesthetics because he was afraid he would blurt out he was a spy while under. Khrushchev thought he did this so he would not tell Soviet states secrets while under. Khrushchev made a speech in the Politburo congratulating Childs for his courage and had his finger buried Kremlin wall. From this position of trust, he was able Childs was able to obtain top-secret information for almost 30 years. This is only one of numerous improbable but true stories from the book, many of them life-threatening. An unparalleled story of courage and devotion.
An extraordinary story of courage, brilliantly told.
True American HeroesIn addition, Barron does an excellent job of reminding the reader that the FBI is made up of real men and women with real lives who dedicate themselves to the safety of America.
Operation SOLO is a beautiful tribute to American exceptionalism. It is reminds us that the Cold War was real, that communism is evil and that individuals make a difference. I am grateful that Morris, Eva and Jack Childs dedicated themselves to this dangerous and complex task. Their patriotism and self-sacrifice has made this world a much safer place and liberated millions of people from the shackles of communism.

Childhood Experience Relation...
It Complements The Novel, But Doesn't Substitute For ItOne drawback to having these notes (as is the drawback to having ANY Cliffs Notes) is the temptation to substitute the notes for the actual novel. While this substitution may work for other novels, it isn't a good idea to think it unnecessary to read the book just because you've read the notes. I tried that, and it didn't work. Besides, the Cliffs Notes are just about as long as the actual book, so you might as well read the real thing.
The bottom line is that these notes are a good investment if you want to gain a good understand of the novel, and insight into what your English teacher might think is important. I recommend these notes.
Great for decoding the symbolism...

great
Best book to learn spanish1. The pace is right, (many other books tries to teach too much too fast, while others teach too little too slow)
2. Content is very interesting! Funny pictures in every page help me retain the vocabulary by visualing the word.
3. Meaning and pronounciation is provided when a new word appears for the first time.
This book definitely makes my learning FUN. Simply spend 15 minutes a day consistantly, and you'll find this an enjoyable learning experience. Plus this book is so well-priced when compared to some other hardcover textbooks!
I like this book so much that I can't help but to come here to write a review. :->

FIRST-CLASS HIDDEN HISTORY
A Very Important BookDr. Lerner provides a comprehensive, readable and above all balanced book in which he examines all the factors which impact on the development of a cancer treatment in the U.S. And he maintains this sense of balance while examining what is one of the most emotional, sensitive and controversial areas in all of cancer diagnosis and treatment; Breast Cancer and the Radical Mastectomy.
What particularly distinguishes his writing is the way in which he is able to provide a clear, detailed history and narrative while exploring the human, cultural, political, societal and gender-related issues that have impacted on the development and treatment of Breast Cancer.
In this extremely controversial and politicized area, he does not look for, or find a villain; his is not an attempt to blame or demonize. And that is a great relief.
Instead, in discussing the individuals involved - the physicians who first espoused and continued to advocate the use of Radical Mastectomies and those who opposed it, the prominent women who elected this procedure for themselves, the women who began to oppose the Radical Mastectomy and who challenged the medical system, the women who used their influence and resources to initiate important cancer and support organizations - Dr. Lerner provides very human portraits which helped me to appreciate how and why these individuals developed their views, and how each one of them came to effect the course of the debate and the evolution of Breast Cancer treatment.
And he does not fail to convey the tremendous emotional, physical and psychological impact that these doctors, individuals and organizations have had on women coping with Breast Cancer.
I recommend this book to anyone who is trying to understand the context of an illness and treatment and the various forces, from individual to societal, which play a role in the treatment of disease in the U.S.
An important addition to an important subject

Pretty awfulI've read a few books on finance in my time and this one arguably is the worst one of all.
The structure of the book is bad. Concepts are put into practice many chapters before they are introduced. Example: the balance sheet is defined from page 425 (!) onward although, of course, sentences like "this shows up on the right-hand side of the balance sheet" appear much earlier in the book. The line of reasoning at times is so muddied that I wonder whether the authors understood things themselves. This is underlined by a large number of downright errors.
To be fair, there are some positive sides to the book (hence 2 stars): individual chapters contain boxes named "you should remember" which contain helpful summaries. There are sections intended for practice (including answers) that I would like to see in many other textbooks. Also, some of the sections are actually well-written, interesting and important. It's just that consistency is totally lacking.
My conclusion is that, although there are sections in the book that are excellent, a beginner in the subject will not be able to distinguish them from the less succesful material it is interspersed with. Certainly not recommended for the audience it is intended for.
